Oversee daily bar operations, including workflow, cleanliness, equipment, and stock.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of drinks served.

Create and test new or seasonal recipes in line with the café’s brand.

Support the team during peak hours by stepping into different roles.

Assist the Head Roaster with cupping, bean profiling, and coffee education.

Represent the café at external events, pop-ups, and collaborations.
