Please allow between 3-5 working days (West Malaysia) or 5-7 working days (East Malaysia) for your order to arrive. If more than 14 days have passed please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also be in touch about your refund.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed through your payment method within a certain amount of days.
